Can’t fault the customer communication, willingness to help and reassurance provided by Milease and Craig. I was afraid that i would be without a car due to manufacture issues however Craig kept me well informed and actually notified me that my car was in stock and ready for delivery earlier than planned - in time for Christmas which was fantastic!

I’d not bought a car on lease before or any way as I’d only had Motability cars so I was very much a rabbit caught in headlights. However once I spoke with Craig at Milease my mind was put at ease. When I first started the process looking for a car, I emailed a few companies for advice as it would be the first time I would be leasing a car.
